The Flagship Experience
A Real Arcade That
Parks in Your Driveway
Most parents in McAllen have tried the same three things — a bounce house, a pizza place, or a park pavilion and hope for good weather. The gaming bus is a different kind of party. It pulls up to your address, opens the doors, and there is a full arcade inside.
Nine gaming stations run at once. Six console setups on big screens, three custom arcade cabinets with the classics, and seating for up to 20 players. Kids rotate through, your host keeps it moving, and nobody is stuck watching from the sidewalk.
We bring it to Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, Weslaco and every other Valley city we serve. Setup takes about 15 minutes, cleaning included, and we pack the whole thing back up when the party ends.

What’s On Board
Real Gear,
Not Party Rentals
The bus was built to play, not to look good in photos. Here is exactly what is inside.
-
Six 50" Hisense QD7 MiniLED
4K UHD with HDR10+, Variable Refresh Rate, Auto Low Latency Mode and Game Mode Pro. No lag, no blur, no arguing about whose screen is better.
-
65" Outdoor Display
A high-brightness Hisense QD7 built to stay visible in Valley sunlight, so the party can spill outside the bus.
-
PS5, Xbox & Arcade Cabinets
Six console stations running PS5 and Xbox Series X, plus three custom arcade cabinets loaded with classic games. Nine stations in all.
-
Dolby Atmos Sound
Surround sound that puts you inside the game. It doubles as the karaoke system when you add that to the same booking.
-
Climate-Controlled Interior
The Valley gets hot. Inside the bus it stays cool in August and comfortable in December, with luxury seating for up to 20 players.
-
Predator 9500 Generator
Sound-dampened and ultra-quiet, so the bus runs entirely on its own power without drowning out your party or bothering the neighbors.
Custom LED lighting runs under the bus and through the interior, and you pick the theme color. Night events look incredible, and so do the photos.
Perfect For
Way More
Than Birthdays
Birthdays are how most families find us, and they are still the heart of what we do. But the bus goes out for all kinds of gatherings across the Valley — anywhere there is 35 feet to park and people who want to play.
Planning something with a wide age range? The gaming bus can run alongside our other services on one booking — older kids outside, younger ones gaming inside, adults on the mic. See karaoke
How It Works
Booking Is
Easy
Three steps and your party is handled — anywhere in McAllen and the Rio Grande Valley.
-
Book Your Date
Call or send us a message with your date, your location, and how many guests you expect. A deposit holds your spot on the calendar.
-
We Arrive & Set Up
We pull up, park in about 35 feet of clear space, and have everything cleaned and ready to play in roughly 15 minutes. You do nothing.
-
You Party, We Handle Everything
Your gaming host runs the games, helps the kids, keeps it moving, and packs it all back up when the party ends.
For Schools
Built for a
Whole Grade Level
School events run differently than a backyard birthday, so we run them differently. For campuses we open all 10 gaming stations and move students through in timed 30-minute rotations. Teachers get a schedule, students get their turn, and nobody stands in a line for an hour.
Two ways schools book us
- Four-hour visit — up to 100 students, all 10 stations, eight 30-minute rotations.
- Six-hour visit — up to 137 students, all 10 stations, twelve 30-minute rotations.
We also run student achievement discounts — 8% for Honor Roll and 5% for Perfect Attendance, with a report card upload. It gives campuses something real to hand out as a reward.
We are fully licensed and insured — we carry general liability insurance — and we keep up ongoing training and industry research on best practices, operating procedures, safety standards, and guest experience. Your campus contact gets everything they need in writing before the date.
Add It On
Take the
Party Outside
The bus holds 20 players, but some parties are bigger than that. The 65" outdoor display sets up right next to the bus so guests waiting their turn are still playing, still watching, still part of it.
It is a high-brightness Hisense QD7 MiniLED with Dolby Atmos, built to stay readable in Valley sun. Grandparents who are not climbing into a bus can sit outside and watch the tournament on a screen they can actually see.
Why the Valley Picks Us
You Booked a Party,
Not a Second Job
Every booking comes with a professional gaming host, so no parent gets stuck running the console or settling arguments over whose turn it is. You get to be at your own party.
The birthday kid picks their top five games and a custom LED theme color, and their name and age go up on the screens when the doors open. We capture photos and videos of all events and send them over afterward — that is event coverage, not a professional videography service, and we ask the party organizer and everyone taking part for consent first.
