The RGV Games on Wheelz mobile gaming bus lit up at a Edinburg event with all six screens running

#1 Mobile Gaming Party Bus

Mobile Gaming Bus
in Edinburg, TX

Game Anytime, Anywhere — We Bring the Fun!

We are based one city over in McAllen, straight up US‑281. The gaming bus, laser tag, karaoke, arcade gaming and foam parties come to your driveway, campus or church lot — no travel fee anywhere in the city.

Hidalgo County Seat

A Short Run
Up US-281

Edinburg is the Hidalgo County seat and sits right next door to our McAllen base, straight up US‑281. That makes it one of the easiest cities on our calendar, and one of the busiest.

What shows up: nine gaming stations, six 50" Hisense QD7 MiniLED displays, a 65" outdoor screen, Dolby Atmos, and a climate-controlled interior. A host runs it.

Around Town

Where We Set Up
in Edinburg

  • UTRGV & the Campus District

The UTRGV main campus on West University Drive pulls students and families in from across the Valley. Campus-area lots are wide and easy to pull into, so setup stays on schedule.

  • Bert Ogden Arena

The 7,688-seat arena on I‑69C opened in 2018 and is home to the RGV Vipers. Event lots down here have all the room we need, plus space to run laser tag alongside the bus.

  • Edinburg CISD Campuses

Edinburg High, Edinburg North, Robert Vela, Economedes and Edinburg Collegiate. School visits open all 10 gaming stations and run on timed 30-minute rotations.

  • Scenic Wetlands & Birding Center

Forty acres with 2.5 miles of trail and a 3.5-acre butterfly garden — the first of the nine World Birding Centers to open. Open park ground like this is exactly the level space the bus needs.

  • UTRGV Baseball Stadium

The old Edinburg Stadium, now home to the UTRGV Vaqueros. Team parties and end-of-season celebrations fill our spring calendar. Stadium lots park us with room to spare.

  • US-281, I-69C and Highway 107

US‑281 and I‑69C run north out of McAllen into Edinburg, and State Highway 107 comes east into downtown. Every Edinburg address is a short run from our base.

Spring weekends around graduation season go first in Edinburg — book those early.

Good to Know

Edinburg
Questions

Do you charge a travel fee to come to Edinburg?
No. Edinburg is inside our free travel zone, and the Express package covers all of Hidalgo County.
What parts of Edinburg do you serve?
All of it — the UTRGV campus district, the neighborhoods around Bert Ogden Arena and I-69C, downtown, and the north side out by the Scenic Wetlands.
Where can you park at an Edinburg house?
About 35 feet of clear, level space — a driveway or the street works. Newer subdivisions north of the campus are the easiest, so send a photo of the spot before your date.
Can you come to an Edinburg CISD school event?
Yes. We open all 10 gaming stations on 30-minute rotations — a four-hour visit fits up to 100 students, a six-hour visit up to 137. Student discounts are 8% for Honor Roll and 5% for Perfect Attendance.
Can you set up for a UTRGV student or team event?
Yes. We park at campus-area lots, apartment complexes and team facilities the same way we park at a house — about 35 feet of clear space and we handle the rest.
How far ahead should I book an Edinburg date?
Graduation season and December fill first here. A $100 deposit holds your date, and it is non-refundable.
