Our Story

It Started With
One Bus

Planning a party in the Valley used to mean the same short list of options, and half of them fell through. Families and organizations here wanted something exciting that would actually show up, actually work, and not take a month to plan.

So RGV Games on Wheelz started with one gaming bus. Word moved the way it moves here — one birthday party, then the cousin's party, then the school down the street.

That one bus grew into a multi-service mobile entertainment company. Today we run birthday parties, school events, church events, fundraisers, corporate events, and big community celebrations across McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr and the rest of the Rio Grande Valley.

The goal has not changed: build a local brand people trust, bring folks together, and give them a day they still talk about later.

The Person Behind It

About the
Founder

RGV Games on Wheelz was started by Rogerio “Roy” Marroquin Jr. He saw how hard it was for Valley families and organizations to find entertainment that was exciting, dependable, and simple to plan — and decided to build it himself.

He began with a single gaming bus and grew it into a company that now handles birthdays, schools, churches, fundraisers, corporate events, and large community celebrations.

Roy stays personally involved at every stage — from the first call about your date to the moment the last cable is packed back up. When you book, you are dealing with the person whose name is on the business.

What he is building is a local brand the Valley can count on: one that brings people together and creates a day they genuinely remember.

How We Work

You Pick the Date.
We Do the Rest.

We are a full-service operation. We bring it, set it up, run it, guide your guests, and pack it back out. You manage nothing.

Book Your Date

Call or send the booking form and we check your date on the spot. A $100 deposit holds it. That deposit is non-refundable, but any paid balance beyond it can move to a future date.

We Arrive & Set Up

Setup takes about 15 minutes, cleaning and prep included. We need 35 feet of clear space, so send us a photo of where we would park before your event date.

You Party, We Handle Everything

A professional host runs the whole thing and keeps every guest in the rotation. When it is over, we pack it all out and send you a short feedback survey.

Booking the gaming bus, laser tag and karaoke for the same event? They go on one booking. One date, one deposit, one crew.

Parents Ask About

Before anyone books a bus for their kid's birthday or their school's field day, they want to know how we run. Here is the honest answer.

Licensed and Insured

We are fully licensed and insured — we carry general liability insurance. Schools, churches and venues get what they need in writing before the date.

Ongoing Training

We keep up with ongoing training and industry research to stay current on best practices, operating procedures, safety standards, and guest experience.

A Host Comes With It

A professional gaming host is included in every package. Nobody hands your family a controller and walks off. The host runs the rotation and keeps it fair.

Real Equipment

Six 50″ Hisense QD7 MiniLED displays inside plus a 75″ outdoor display, Dolby Atmos surround sound, and a Predator 9500 generator so the power stays quiet.

Comfortable in Valley Heat

A climate-controlled interior, luxury seating, and LED lighting you can theme to your colors. In a South Texas July, that air conditioning is the whole ballgame.

Photos and Video

We capture photos and videos of all events and send them over after. That is event coverage, not a professional videography service, and we ask the organizer and participants for consent first.

We Come

We are 100% mobile — driveways, school grounds, church grounds, business parking lots, event venues, parks and community spaces. Travel is free close to home and a flat fee applies the farther out we go. We confirm your travel cost when we check your date.
