Game Anytime, Anywhere — We Bring the Fun!

Harlingen is our regular run into Cameron County. The gaming bus, laser tag, karaoke, arcade gaming and foam parties come to your driveway, campus or church lot for a flat $59 travel fee.

Into Cameron County

Worth the Drive,
and We Make It Often

Harlingen is the first city we reach heading into Cameron County, and it carries a flat $59 travel fee. It is a regular stop rather than a special trip — birthdays, school events and church nights here fill the same calendar as anything closer to home.

What shows up: nine gaming stations, six 50" Hisense QD7 MiniLED displays, a 65" outdoor screen, Dolby Atmos, and a climate-controlled interior. A host runs it.

Around Town

Where We Set Up
in Harlingen

  • The Sunshine Strip

US‑77 runs through Harlingen as the Sunshine Strip and most of the city sits a few minutes off it. Straight approach, predictable arrival time.

  • Harlingen CISD Campuses

Harlingen High, Harlingen High School South on Dixieland Road, and Harlingen Collegiate over on Medical Drive. School visits open all 10 gaming stations on timed 30-minute rotations.

  • Marine Military Academy

The academy has trained boys in grades seven through twelve since 1965, and the Iwo Jima Memorial on its grounds is the original model for the statue at Arlington. Wide campus grounds park us easily.

  • Valley International Airport

The city-owned regional airport on the east side. Commercial lots around it are flat, generous and simple to pull a bus into.

  • Hugh Ramsey Nature Park

Part of the World Birding Center, with trails and observation blinds off the TX‑499 loop. Open ground near the park is exactly the level space the bus needs.

  • UTRGV Health & Medical Drive

The Regional Academic Health Center anchors the Medical Drive area, which keeps the corridor busy. Corporate and staff events here park in lots with room to spare.

Harlingen weekends move fast in spring and around the December holidays — the earlier you call, the better.

Why Harlingen Books Us

A Flat Fee,
Not a Guess

Harlingen falls in our 31–50 mile round-trip band, which means one flat number on the quote.

  • A flat $59 travel fee. Quoted up front, never a moving per-mile figure.

  • A regular run, not a special trip. Cameron County is on our normal weekly calendar.

  • Every Harlingen CISD campus. Harlingen High, Harlingen South, Harlingen Collegiate.

  • Driveways, church lots, campus grounds. The Sunshine Strip to Hugh Ramsey — we need 35 feet.

Good to Know

Harlingen
Questions

What does travel cost to Harlingen?
A flat $59. Harlingen sits in our 31–50 mile round-trip band, and that number is quoted up front rather than calculated per mile.
What parts of Harlingen do you serve?
All of it — the Sunshine Strip corridor, the neighborhoods around Dixieland Road, the Medical Drive area, and the east side out toward Valley International Airport.
Where can you park at a Harlingen house?
About 35 feet of clear, level space — a driveway or the street works. Send a photo of the spot before your date so we can confirm it fits.
Can you come to a Harlingen CISD school event?
Yes. We open all 10 gaming stations on 30-minute rotations — a four-hour visit fits up to 100 students, a six-hour visit up to 137. Student discounts are 8% for Honor Roll and 5% for Perfect Attendance.
Is the Express package available in Harlingen?
The Express package includes free travel throughout Hidalgo County only. Harlingen is in Cameron County, so the flat $59 travel fee applies to it like every other package.
How far ahead should I book a Harlingen date?
Spring and December weekends fill first, and the drive means we hold fewer slots per day out here. A $100 deposit holds your date, and it is non-refundable.
